2019 Refrigerator setting - which is coldest

Hey team- The GT has fridge that has five bars for the power level (as you all well know).

Which setting is the coldest? 1 bar or all 5 bars illuminated? I’ve always left it in the middle but now I’m curious which is in fact the coldest.

Thanks guys.

That info should be in your owner's manual, or in the mfg. pamphlet for your fridge IMO.

Position 5 is there coldest, no need to go dig through the manual. Our dealer said always put on 5, which made me ask why bother to have multiple choices.

On 5 our fridge gets around 36-37, but freezer only gets to around 10. Makes ice, but I've cream soft. Dealer says they went through diagnostics with Dometic and were told 12 degrees was spec on freezer. The dorm style domestic on our 23FB had no ice cream issues. So I either pay dealer for more testing (they charge if Airstream denies warranty claim) or just live with it. I emailed Domestic and they said take to dealer. Several folks have reported issues with the new 3-way fridge. I know DC puts a huge load on my batteries, drops voltage from 12.8 to 12.5 and capacity dropped on meter from 98 to 65 when I tested it.

It's not glamping without ice cream.

PhxTrotter,
5 bars indicate the coldest setting.
Good fridge - works very well for us.
