1964 Overlander Fridge Removal

So as the proud new owners of a Overlander our restoration begins. This is our first question so forgive me if I should be finding this answer else where on the side.

The biggest problem Im having is figureing out if I need to remove part of the paneling underneath to access the bolts that hold the fridge to the floor. Please tell me Im wrong and it's much simpler :-)
