12v Fridge Gurgling
I have a Norcold N10DCX 12v only fridge in my Flying Cloud. It frequently makes fairly loud gurgling/bubbling noises but seemingly holds the temp in the low 40s.
I know gurgling isn't unusual in propane fridges, but is it in 12v models?

The Norcold N10DC in my Globetrotter makes the same gurgling noises at times. It is the only complaint I have about the unit. Curious to see if others have this noise.

I don't know much about 12v fridges other then anything over 40f is unsafe temp.

My Tundra gurgles after the compressor shuts off each time.

I have a 12V Norcold in my 2020 Globetrotter and it's gurggling. It starts on about day 3-4 of a trip. It's working fine, just makes a gurrgle now and then. Not constant, but it is a bit annoying and concerning that something ain't right.

Mine gurgles too. I assume that's related to defrosting.

refrigerator gurgling
I have a 2023 GT 27FB with the DC fridge and it is gurgling also... Reading the thread, seems like many (all??) Norcold DC fridges are doing this sound. If anyone had the dealer or AS assess, please share the answer(s).

We have the same unit and it also gurgles. I've mentioned it to several RV techs and they say that's normal.
But what do you have the temp set at for the fridge? Low 40s is fine during a brief swing but consistently above 40 without swinging to the mid- to high 30s seems too warm. -Ari

The temp setting is at 4 on the setting which goes from 1 to 5, the temp inside is 30 ish (almost freezing point).
The unit seems to be working just fine.
