Value needed

Could some of the experts tell me what this trailer is worth, I am not up on used prices but has has alot of work done and since I am no mechanic this may work for me but don't want to overpay. Thanks!

That is a nice looking trailer. If the floor is rock solid and it had good axles, it is probably worth close to the asking price.

Check rear floor for rot, may be difficult, but if it's good it's a huge leg up.
With the upgrades/updates it's probably a reasonable price.
One thing of note, since it's a '72 it probably doesn't have a gray water tank.

If the floor is solid, that's a fair price. Unless added by a previous owner it won't have a grey tank but that's no big deal, you can get a blue boy for that. It's a nice looking trailer.
