maxxfan deluxe 5100k to do or not to do?

I have a chance to get a white maxxfan deluxe 5100k for $125 new, should I buy and install on my 72 Safari? Not too sure about the shroud cover. Opinions?

I love my Maxxfan deluxe fans. I have a manual one up front and a remote controlled one above the bed. I've run them in heavy rain with no problem. I would definitely buy them again. $125 is a great deal

We have 5100 as our mid-ship fan, and love it. We went with the cover as well, works great. I especially like the ceiling fan feature on the Maxxfans. Seems crazy, but the remote is actually kind of nice, too.

Does the remote work with the max fan deluxe 5100?

So... as usual, I had my wires crossed. We have (2) 7500’s and (1) 4500. All work on a remote. They all came with one, but one remote controls all of them.

I installed front and rear Maxx Fan 6200 smoke - same as the 5100. These have been a worthwhile upgrade. $125 is a really great price.
I like that these can be left open to allow the trailer to breath during the hot summer days when it is storage. Also I like the feature that a temperature can be set before bed and with the 10 speed fan the fan will continually go slower until it finally stops.
