'69 Safari tail light

Anyone know how to remove the rectangular tail light frame from a 1969 sarfari ? Thanks.

I have one tail light on my 1969 safari that is only getting about 8 to 10 volts not enought to brightly light up my led tail light. Can I run a jumper from the other tail light and make the other one work? Thanks.

bezel

The taillight/bezel was riveted in place from inside the trailer BEFORE the interior was finished. you have to "shear" off the rivets from outside in between the skin and taillight. My taillight was not well grounded (after 40+ years) and if I held it tight to the skin the bulbs got brighter! I added a rivet to the bezel (in the blue relief) and it works fine now.MPJ
