If anyone is headed up to Yellowstone this late in the season, we have snow mixed with rain this afternoon with more expected tonight. Not cold enough for it to stick on the roads, though. probably high 20's in the morning tomorrow warming up to the 50's. Top off the propane before heading into the park as it is expensive here.
We would love to be there with you. We have been to Yellowstone 5 times of which4 were in our Airstream. Our last visit was last year in January on a tour out of Jackson Hole in a CAT vehicle. Temperature was 14 below and lots of snow on the ground. Absolutely beautiful and breathe taking. Can't wait to get back with our Airstream.
Snow mostly gone. Some in the passes but all are open. No precip on the horizon until next Wednesday but forecasts notoriously inaccurate up here.
We have not filled all of the campgrounds for the last week or so but Grant closes the 22nd so that takes 300 plus sites off the table. Should not be a problem.
