Winter Travel
Just returned from a two week journey from NC to Sarasota, FL. First time I've taken the new trailer on a winter trip (albeit to warmer climes)! I think most of us winterize, put it up on blocks and wait until Spring. While the temp never got below about 25, as we headed south, we found the trip to amazingly enjoyable. Campgrounds fairly empty, and the Royal Coachmen in Nokomis, FL was a tremendous place to park. Wonderful people, beautifully maintained. Great bike paths as well. So, I'd give a big thumbs up to doing some "shoulder of the season" travel if you can figure this out. Had some nasty weather on the return....30-40 MPH gusts broadside. No issues, so the ProPride hitch gets a big thumbs up for continuing to exceed expectations.
