Which way is the best to travel, from OURAY 550/50 to I-70 to Denver or 550/50 to Salida to Denver to pull our 25ft.

North on 550/50 to Grand Junction, then I-70. No difficult roads at all.
If you have time, try 62 west from Ridgway, pick up 141 north to Grand Junction. One of the most beautiful, smooth, easy, and untravelled roads in the area. Fill up first. Keep the camera handy.

I'm no fan of Denver traffic or the condition of the interstate going through. It's to be endured, not enjoyed.
