Thanks Piggy,
As far as my upgrades, we haven’t had the trailer long so no real upgrades yet to the trailer itself except for some basic storage solutions.
The biggest thing so far as far as the overall experience has been the upgrade from an F150 to F250 Diesel. I know many will say it’s overkill for a 25 but it does change the game. Only those who have done it will know what I’m talking about.
Other than that just some accessories like our solo stove and blackstone griddle. We love both!
On my wish list :
Solar and AGM
Levelmate Pro system
Honda 2200i

New bathroom and grey water tank
My best upgrade was having the bathroom corner closet removed while remodeling the entire bathroom and having a grey water tank installed in my 25', 1972 Land Yacht.
The second best was changing all bulbs to LED!

On an entry level Sport 16 you expect simple things. But the heater thermostat is a cheap device with no scale for the temperature setting lever. Impossible to reproduce settings even when you can see it, but definitely not in the middle of the night. Replacing with a digital thermostat makes a world of difference.

Upgrades
Hard to say the best here, but replacing the AGM's with Lithium batteries and adding 200watts of solar tops the list.
Second is the lift kit, Third is replacing the awful countertop in our FC wtih butcher block (and table) Very inexpensive Ikea upgrade.
Third, replacing the crap car stereo with a double din touch screen model. and upgrading the speakers.
Fourth, replacing the cheap see-through front curtains wtih nice dark blue-room darkening ones.
Five: upgrading inverter from 1000 watt to 2k renogy.
Six: Adding film to all LED lights to change tone from "hospital blue" to soft white. About a $20 fix.
Wish list:
Replacing kitchen sink with something deeper. (Water splashes everywhere) So far, no luck finding one that will match existing hole.
Replace shallow bathroom sink with deeper one
Replace awful Atwood stove-oven with a nicer one (ie. Furrion 21) Can't find them anywhere less than $800..
Replacing 19ft FC with a 23FB.. one day when prices are back down to earth.

Do you have any pictures or details you'd be willing to share? We're ready to replace our mouse fur, but haven't found a suitable replacement.

Not a single upgrade but a few tied together...
400 watts of solar led to a 12v compressor fridge, led to adding a built in microwave (25 fb didn't have a microwave) and a Dickinson propane fireplace...

2020, having been a year of idleness due most in part with the COVID-19 pandemic, resulted in a lot of time for us to think about and do things we wanted to in the form of upgrades or additions to our "new-to-us" 2018 Classic M30 of which we purchased from its original owners in Feb 2020!
With that, our single best upgrade came in the form of our recently installed live edge reclaimed hickory & epoxy pour dining booth table top. Following that, we also did many other projects to include installation of a wi-fi printer in the void space under the center of the sofa, installation of the Furrion cast iron grates on the Dometic stovetop, and a stainless utility & utensil rack system on the kitchen backsplash wall area. We also installed the Elfa Platinum wire drawer units in the wardrobe closet as well as some "mood" lighting in the form of gourd lamps behind the sofa in the living room area. Other such upgrades were in the form of teak floor decking and spa seat in the shower, along with changing all our Zip Dee awning fabrics out a solid tuxedo black and the addition of two Honda EU2200i generators and the Micro-Air Easy Starts.

Best upgrade
When I renovated my 1976 - 31 foot sovereign, I put in a Splendide 2100 washer dryer combination. My wife and I do not like going into laundry rooms. The washer dryer really is a big plus because we are full timers.

Can’t decide ...
Great thread, with lots of really good ideas to steal. I can’t pick which upgrade has made me happiest since getting our 25FCFB last summer, but they all add up to a much more enjoyable experience vs. our vintage GT: teak shower mat, Mopeka tank monitors, TPS monitors, and Pro Pride hitch are the main additions, but perhaps the most impactful was the mobile router and wi-fi antenna that let us stay connected with work and school last year during the height of the pandemic. Best money I’ve spent.
For this summer, I think the LevelMate Pro is next and perhaps a generator that will let us get away from the crowd a bit.

1- Solar
2 - drawer handle just above interior entry door handle. This takes the pressure of 'pulling' the door properly closed. Using the original handle will in time break or loosen its function. Thus the new handle takes that pressure (mounted with good washer on the backside to spread the pulling pressure)
3 - electrical extension outlet plugged in below dining table but the outlet on the back edge of the table. Used for laptops, toaster, anything you don't want to get on your knees under the table to plug in
4 - new bathroom faucet with spout reach that is suitable to wash your hands under.
5 - BOLTED the flip up table next to sink to the wall with metal strips as backing on the undersink side. Found it on the floor after a trip. That thing weights a ton and is only held on with screws barely 1/4" in the particle board wall.

Our best upgade
Besides a new TV, the best upgrade we did for our 2019 22’ Sport was buy a metal shelving unit w/wire baskets and put it into the coat closet. It was about the equivalent of 2 Sterite containers that were under the bed, with no more bending over, pulling out a box from under the bed and getting the food, pots, spices, etc you need for the next meal. Turned the coat closet into a pantry instead. Most awesome adjustment!!!!

Our upgrade was little with a big impact! The lights that came in our 2016 22' Bambi are very cool in tone. Daylight temperature LED type lights. We bought warm colored light gels, cut them out the size of the lights and installed them over the lights but inside the light covers. We now have a warm tone light in the evenings. Great!

Buying an Airstream
My single most, biggest, more bestus, and most ultimate upgrade was buying an Airstream.
I think that is seven positives in a row? My best so far.
From a pop up tent camper!
This does not include, repairs of the cracked copper plumbing, (2 places) replacement of LED bulbs, water heater switch and motherboard, Progressive 30A surge suppressor, and converter, weather station, battery monitor, 20” LCD tv and other small upgrades like first aid kit fire extinguisher etc.
I am the third owner, of an original unmodified excellent condition 1997 25’ Safari trailer. Bought it from a neighbor that moved it 6’ in 8 years.
It could use a polishing but we, my wife and I got extremely lucky an loving every second of it. Have had it for 1year and had 2 trips from Gettysburg PA to Myrtle Beach only due to the Covid... we are looking forward to seeing the US in the next years! Stay healthy everyone. Rick

We were storing wrapped bottles in the trash can under the sink, but found these great Storvino" crates at the Container Store. Two fit perfectly - one in front of the other lengthwise - in the wardrobe closet. A tension rod in the front secures them from sliding forward and opening up the closet during travel. That's 12 bottles!

In our 2020 GT Twin:
1. 400 watts of rooftop solar plus lithium batteries (best single upgrade)
Also:
2. Widening the twin bed platforms so the mattress doesn't collapse when you sit on the edge of the bed.
3. Additional towel rack on the wall in the bathroom
4. Added Amazon Fire Stick to TV to stream video off of iPhone personal hotspot.
5. Ford TPMS trailer kit that reads out in the instrument cluster of our F250.
6. GasStop safety valves with level gauges for the propane tanks.
7. Wooden soft-drop toilet seat/lid to replace flimsy plastic pieces (game changer! )

Another idea! I have the "shoe cubby" on the 26. I wonder if bottles will stand in there?
Now you have the wheels turning! Thanks.

If you get tired of your alcohol smelling like old sox, you should consider using "Built" brand sleeves out of neoprene. The ones with diamond cut outs work best
