When is easier then where. I see the corner of a '90's vintage Chevy pickup or Suburban just to one side of the first trailer. Was there a vintage trailer rally lately in Vermont or New Hampshire?

No idea where, but I would guess that it is taken in the actual era of those trailers. An old photo enhanced to look modern.

It was most probably taken on planet Earth some time in the last 50 years in a wooded area just off of a road paved with asphalt, it is odvious that the climate of the area supports grass.
I would say by your clues that is not in America.
