News in the BC press this week is that there is a very real potential to see gas hit $1.50 liter this summer. Gulp.

One US gal is the equivalent of 3.785 liters. That would put gas at over $5.67 per gal if the dollars are even.

Holy smokes..........

We are on a run from Michigan to southern California. We did the same run in oct-nov. We burn e85 when possible and the avg last rip was around 2.30/gal. This run most fill ups have been in the 2.65/gal but currently in fort Collins and filled up for 2.09 at the local co-op. So if you use e85 stop here.

In France, we are about the double "only" of your gasoline prices (E85).
Count about $6/gal...

Hi, premium just dropped to $3.39 in Southern California and Diesel is still about 20 cents more than premium. This is at our local Shell station; I do not mention bARfCO or any of the junk gas stations because I won't use them, therefore I don't pay their prices. And I won't have to pay for the needless repairs from useing junk gas.

Just filled up at Costco for 3.049 and it is the cheapest in the area. Chevron and Shell is 3.219 and Diesel is 3.599. Diesel, with the exception of a very short period last summer, has been running 40 to 60 cents a gallon more than reg. unleaded here in Central Washington state for 3 or 4 years.

After a $.10/gallon jump last week, we are seeing a gradual $.02/gallon drop over each of the last couple of days. It went from $2.94 to $3.04 to $3.02 over the weekend and yesterday regular dropped to $2.99. Diesel has been steady at $3.39 for the last couple of weeks after being $3.35 for weeks before that.

This for RaceTrac in the south Metro Atlanta area...I don't buy their gas for the reasons Robertsunrus stated, but I use this station as a bellwether of the gas market since they sell such a high volume that their price fluctuates the most to reflect the fastest reaction to the overall market. Besides, I drive a diesel and they don't carry diesel. I buy my diesel from a name brand station and that is where the diesel price comes from.

Woo Hoo! Diesel dropped to $3.13 this morning and I'm on empty. Now I'll be able to afford to go out to eat.

31 gallons @ 3.139 = $97.31 leaving $2.69 from my hidden $100 bill. Look out Wendy's $.99 menu - here I come!

In southern California and no e85 anywhere. Looks like it cost too much to get it out here from the midwest farms. Strange, as this is where they are so concerned about air pollution??
