Vinyl flooring buckling up

We are full timing in 2015 FC. In the past 6 months, the vinyl flooring has started buckling up. It feels like the flooring itself is slightly rippled under the vinyl. No soft spots, no spongy places but still concerning. What have others seen and when do we need to consider taking some action.
