Not from the door, but still....
Daisy's bed is about 20' in front of the trailer - the edge of that grass starts a downward slope to a pond that's about 100' in front of the slope. We must have had a few acres to survey!

Oops! Sorry, that's an important detail.
Cozy Pond Resort in Webster, NH. The only site with this view is A18. Many of the sites are seasonal and there are lots of active tent sites. Most other sites are packed like other campgrounds. A18 is a real gem. Only complaint was several low voltage moments which our EMS module reads and shuts down the trailer to avoid damage.
Staying for a week - we had a front loader of wood delivered for campfires 😀
Very helpful, friendly owners and staff.

Do you mind telling me where you got the dog bed? Does it fold up? We carry two round dog beds in the trailer for the Goldens but outside beds would be nice.
Thanks Jane

Hi Jane - we probably got this from Amazon but this is the model. It rolls up (we put it on an old chair bag) and the poles slide in to pockets underneath. It takes 2 minutes to set up and rolls up nicely. Very portable. Keeps her off the ground/insects...

YES, I am just kidding! There does appear to be lots of tread left... How old? Special care to make them last? Proper inflation and no curb-hopping? No sway? Etc.

Yikes! What's the diagnosis on that tire?

The tires were put on by Can Am when the Airstream was delivered in 2012. Inflation at 76 lbs. The tires on the curb side seem to wear more quickly. This is a curb side tire. No sway and I wish I could say that there has been no curb hopping. I have never had a flat but did have a leaky valve stem once. Jim

I am pleased with the performance of the Michelins. I felt a slight vibration last week and called ahead for a tire replacement appointment. The tire did not go flat on the way to Can Am but I did install the spare en route at a campground. I think the tire performance was excellent given the 130,000k and approx 7400 lb wt. I don't know what causes tread separation. Sort of like, I suspect, what causes one's body to wear out. Jim

I got 130,000 miles out of a set of Michelin tires on a Chevy Express can one time.
