Almost booted out of the Adirondack Balloon Festival

Our Eddie Bauer docked on the Gulf of Mexico
This is our Gulf of Mexico view from our Eddie Bauer. Worth every reason we wanted and needed a hatchback .
we are "docked" at The Old Pavillion campground. The owner Lynn only had half a dozen out of 50 sites up and working since their cleanup and restoration since the hurricane at Keaton beach FL. Such a peaceful place. We will be back in January

If you haven't seen the weather today, there's new hurricane mucking about south of Cuba. Projected to pass near Florida in the next couple days. As of about two hours ago, they we projecting the Atlantic side of Florida. Not trying to ruin your beautiful vacation, just wanted you to be aware in case you hadn't heard.
Looks like a great place, wish we were there!

Hi Jim and Susan
Thank you for the care. We are now back home in Virginia...we left Florida pretty much the time the sun left too
It's rainy here in Doswell. I simply hit replay and I'm transported back to coast.

Never noticed, so the Eddie Bauer doesn't have a screen to cover that giant opening? I have always liked that tailgate that allows you cover from the rain. But I am sick of bugs coming into the RV and would need a screen door to leave that open.

Hi Randy
Yes the Eddie does have a hatch screen that rolls up and down just like the old school movie projector screens. While we were at the Old Pavillion, oddly there didn't seem to be any mosquitos. Not sure if they had mosquito zappers or what but it sure was nice to have the screen up and feel the full enveloping of the coastal breezes.

Hi M.hony
We welcome you to come for a visit or stop over the next time on I-95. We are truly just down the street from the amusement park. PM us anytime you are in Virginia. Plenty of room at our homestead for another airstream or 2 or 3 or 4....
We already have our 1990 AS Excella, 2014 AS Eddie Bauer, 1999 Casita 16' spirit and still have my very first camper, a 1986 13' fully contained 'Casita.
So come by and see us with or without your AS

I appreciate the invitation.
The invite might make me plan a trip.
That trip was one of our roller coaster trips which also included a trip to Busch Gardens Williamsburg.
I will definitely keep that in mind.
We stayed in a state park campground on that trip.

Looks like a Globelxvehicle made in Missouri for extreme hard core travelers and preppers.

It is a Bremach T-Rex hard top camper (I think). I haven't been able to find much information online about it.
