Tin Hut Birthday

Tin Hut is now a quarter of a century old. I remember when I turned 25 with white hairs beginning to sneak into my scalp. I felt so old.
We just got back from a trip up to Crescent City, CA. We needed an ocean fix and it was a good fix. No issues.
Except............... my husband who has the patience of a gnat forgot how to close the screen door when it is separate from the main door. In the middle of the night it got very chilly up at the Lassen national forest. So in the middle of the night he happened to break the screen door latch. We were then locked inside. He asked how do we get out? We don't, and I don't want to bother with it until the morning. Sheesh!!!!!!!
Also I mentioned I really would like the carpet to turn into hard flooring. "What's the matter with it? It's fine." Again, I'm the one who cleans the trailer after every trip.

When he clears up after a trip, the fridge is forgotten and closed. Yuck with a phoo there.
So the trip was a good seafood endeavor along with the rest that was brought home for later consumption. Blackberries in abundance. So cobbler coming up.

Sounds all too familiar. And then I learned to listen to my wife. That was about 40 years ago, that I finally got smart.

When I first saw the title of this, I thought, "What a great name for an Airstream owned by an ex-military couple..."
But then, that's just my oddball sense of humor.

Mod's are usually about making our camping adventures, which includes clean up, easier.
