Third time is a charm !

Just parked our new 08 25ss. Wow so much more room than our Bambi. Tried two different Bambi floor plans now I think we may have a keeper! Love it!

If you are coming across on 30, honk as you pass through Rowlett.

Sounds great! There's nothing like being on the road, especially in such a fine TT.

If you guys are coming down I-30 in Arkansas, if you don't slow down between Little Rock and Arkadelphia, all of the fillings will be rattled out of your teeth.... ijs

We haven't been yet but Mineral Wells State Park is pretty well spoken of and it's more or less to your side of the Metroplex.

Additionally, we often go to Cooper Lake State Park (South Sulphur unit) just north of Silver Springs.

Its about 70 miles east of Rowlett, has some great shaded campsites, a swimming beach, friendly Rangers and is a great weekend getaway.

Recommend Inks Lake State Park between Burnet and Llano. Four-hour drive or so, but worth it. Constant level lake, so not much affected by the dry weather we've been having.
