I have a cordless vacuum that I keep on the Airstream. It's a Shark, but I never was satisfied with the vacuuming of dog hair. Today, I gave it a workout, cleaning the roller, dumping the bin, and only getting about 4 sq/ft before it shuts down from overheating.
Just before I threw it against the wall, I looked into the nozzle behind the roller, where dirt is supposed to be whisked up the tube into the bin. It was blocked with dirt.
I thought I saw a plastic wrapper caught in there so I poked and prodded and pulled out a ton of dirt and dog hair.
And found this. A circuit board! I have no idea. Everything works so maybe it's been in there since I bought the vacuum used on E-bay! Wires were snipped. Maybe that's why the seller sold it to me, lousy performance!
Needless to say, vacuuming went 1000% better without the clog.
