South West here we come!

Hi Air Streamers. We are planning a South West trip in our 16Bambi. This past fall we did a Maiden voyage from NY to Mt Rushmore, the Badlands of SD, Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, Salt Lake City, Redwoods in Cali, down the Cali coast to San Fran, and Monteray, then out East to Sequoia and Kings Canyon and Yosemite, then further East to Bryce Canyon, Capital Reef, Dead Horse, and Arches in Utah, then way back east to good ole NY.
Soooo we are ready for trip # 2!!
We are asking for campground suggestions and possible routes from the seasoned and experienced out there in Tin Canville. Don't know exactly what states we want to include, we are flexible and have the time to stay as long as we like.
Might go straight down to Florida and then head out west or possibly drive diagonally south toward the Grand Ole Opry, and then out west. Would like to go all the way across to Southern Cali.
We will appreciate all who share their stories and suggestions.
Thank
Nancie

We have done similar two years in a row now, but we stay mainly in KOAs or other private campgrounds that have dog off leash parks. Have you considered the WB caravan called Southwest adventures, we have never done a caravan but had a friend do this as their first and they loved it.

So you have done the middle West. Well, some of it. Have you looked into Colorado? There is Wolfe Creek Pass, Estes Park, I70 corridor, and Mesa Verde. If heading South, maybe the Gulf Coast and New Orleans. Possibly the Great Smoky Mountains. Or you could consider a trip to the AS factory in Ohio before heading South. Then once you are way West there is Death Valley, the Coast from SoCal to Seattle, and Canada on the way home? Safe travels. Pat
