Anyone travel SR87 from Phoenix to I40? Pointers or info welcome

All the time. It's a major route for us Valley folks to head up the hill. No problem at all. If you are going in mid winter you could run into snow. What specifics might you be most interested in.

Thanks. Going to use it to head back to Ohio in late April. Just interested in any road specifics that stick out like no shoulders or steep grades. I'm a planner or my wife likes to say OCD.
