Repair shops

I took my as to a repair shop in El Mirage Arizona. I dropped it off August 15 to replace some damaged skin. It is now October 27. The guy in charge has never called. My calls to him go unanswered. I went by there two weeks ago and little was done. I would pay them for what they did and take it somewhere else but there is a clause that states that I would have to pay $75 a day for storage. It also says there is no promise of a completion date....any suggestions?

Your trailer is not being stored, it is been worked on right?

My opinion, call him up and go get you trailer. The second it gets ugly, hang up and have an attorney author a letter. Certify delivery to him.

When he threatens mechanics lean, file suit and get the Prosecuter office involved.

BUT FIRST.....

Go visit the guy. Be friendly and ask whats up. Tell him you want the trailer back this week, if he can't do it let him offer a FIRM DATE. Be nice till it hurts. It's cheaper.
