We stayed here a few years ago. Nice place with nice views of the Straight. They have water and electricity but no sewer hookups. You have to use the dump station. Everything was nice and clean.

We also stayed at Salt Creek. In the evening, you can look out across the Strait of Juan De fuca and see the lights of Victoria Canada. Also the climb down to the rocky beach is great for sunset photos..

As a local I too would recommend Salt Creek - though it is a few (Google says 16) miles west of PA so you would need to backtrack a bit for the ferry to Victoria. If you just want an overnight stop and are coming from the east I would consider Sequim Bay State Park. Reservations are a near must at either spot.

Port Townsend marina RV park was cramped but very nice perspective.
Close to ferry and had an excellent restaurant steps away.

Good to hear that. We will be staying there after Salem on our way to the Alaska Caravan.

We stayed a couple of nights at Dungeness Rec Area In Sequim. Very nice with large private sites, overlooked cliffs to the sea. Lots of trails. The only weird thing was that you had to be back at your site by 10PM or you would have to park your tow vehicle outside the gate and walk in.
