Our big trip to BC

Hello every one. We are planning our big trip for September. I would like any input on places to stay in Whistler BC. It looks like Riverside resort is the place to stay? I am an avid mountain biker and wanted to stay close to the riding area. We are also going through Banff and Jasper. And out to Olympic national park in WA. Any help there would also be welcomed.
Thank you so much!
Mike

The Provencal Park in Jasper is great. You will have Elk in the campsite and Bear wandering around town in the evening. Considering the time of year I would start there and come down the Ice Fields Highway to Banff. While in Jasper make sure you go out to Maligne Lake.

The saying is which ever one you visit first, between Banff and Jasper, the first will always be your favorite so you now know which is my favorite.

There is a N.P. dry camp right on the ocean on the Washington coast called "Kalaloch". Not to be missed. Try to arrive mid-week, as it gets busy on weekends. There is a good private R.V. park with full hook-ups, also on the ocean just north in La Push. Can't remember the name, but it's on the left as you come down the hill into town. Happy travels!
