New Hampshire / God's Country

Welcome to Moo Hampshire !

In an effort to do our part in promoting our beautiful home state of NH, we want to extend a warm and friendly invitation to you all and ask that you come this way this summer and experience all we have to offer...

Here is a link to a funny little Youtube parody about our State that I thought I would share... Those that live here will get a grin out of this for sure....

Hope to see you soon !

Drive Safe and God Bless !

Thumbs up

Funny, I wonder if our paths may have crossed as we were headed your way toward Nashville about that time !

Look forward to your next visit. We're glad you enjoyed your time here and hope the little video brought back some memories and maybe a smile.

Every time we leave here with the intention of finding that "perfect place" we always wind up coming back thinking "There's no place like home"

I'll bet everyone feels that way once they settle in somewhere....

Catch ya next time around, Keep the Faith !

I am a native of New Hampshire although I am now a transplant to the Midwest. New Hamphsire is the greatest state in the Union!!! As NWHITE said, four of us Airstreamers will be there in late August.

Can't wait.

We will be staying around Keene, New Hampshire from late April until August this year. My husband and I have selected a birthing center near Keene for the birth of our first child this summer. We've been several times to NH but never with our Airstream. I am looking forward to spending more time there and checking out the region. If you have any private park suggestions in the Monadnock region, let me know. We've found a few that look suitable but always love a recommendation! We typically like public parks but will be needing longer term stay options for this exciting new adventure in our lives!

Hi Lani ! Congrats on your up-coming bundle of joy ! Little guy will always be able to say he is a true native of NH ! Sounds like a cool plan.

Off the top of my head, I don't have any tips for stays over that part of the state, I'll ask around, but I'll bet someone will chime in here soon with some ideas.

I think Keene may have the distinction of having the Widest Main Street in the nation ! That street is lined with THOUSANDS of pumpkins around Halloween, all carved & lit up......really a site to behold. Fun for the entire family with lot's of good stuff to eat !

heh, heh, heh... and you guys think we live in the sticks...

Hope to hear from you again detailing your exploits... God Bless your new family !

Hey, DG !

Yes sir, right around the corner ! I have a hard time believing you got "Kicked Out"..... maybe He asked you to move elsewhere to be part of a bigger plan ?

I see you have had your share of adventure ! Maybe it's time to have a jaunt back and see if you can scare up some of the old crew ?

Neat video. There is lots of interesting info in that parady. I think we camped in the White Mountains on our way to Maine. It was all picturesque up there, yeah and lots of trees. Fireworks, guns, no helmets, live free.

You have a good ear Carol and you are right ! I must have listened to that thing 15 times....goofy as it is, it hits on a lot of what we have to offer, about our history and people who lived their lives here.
(Oh yeah and Fried Clams !! )

I can see a stop in "The White's" en route to Maine, a nice ride indeed. Hope you make it back up this way again sometime and have more time to explore the Granite State.

A State founded on Liberty & Freedom.

Words that ring as true today as the day they were uttered !

Hope to see you soon !

Al Kaprelian

Well, I know most of you are wondering.... "Who is this guy Al Kaprielian they mentioned in that video " ?

Wellllll.... wonder no more kiddies, Al is one of our most beloved TV Weathermen and NH personalities to come down 93 in a looong time... check him out here: ( I think he got gyped )

Do we really need another "Ken Doll" talking head up there ?

We all miss AL !

Well, this is an interesting thread with some great quotes. I've heard about this video and someday I will get to see it when I can let my 45.6 Kbps dial-up sit and crank for about an hour and a half.

P.S. Along with the great quotes & slogans you can add Article 10 of our Constitution!

A very good friend of mine that lives in NH sent this video to me just recently. It is silly, but it does have many truths... Growing up in CT, NH was a stop to family in ME, but when I got my driver's license, it was one of my favorite camping destinations. It is a nice state.

Here, here RG ! Yes sir.... brighter days are coming and men are beginning to lift their heads from the sand ! I'll see you on the front lines !

I'd send you an email of my ETA, but by the time you were able to download it, I'll be on my way.... watch the skies for smoke signals !

Keep the Faith !

Hey Vin ! With the shakin' & rattlin' you guys experienced today, maybe it's time to rethink and hasten that visit ?

We get some crappy cold winters, but I can't remember the old guys ever talking about having to ever evacuate !

Hope all is well in your corner. I know you are pretty far north in a beautiful part of your state.... ya ought to think about dropping by anyway for a look see. We'll be watching for you !
