No problem. Your trailer will fit with plenty of room to spare. I've towed the entire Skyline and Blue Ridge. Every tunnel has plenty of room for an Airstream trailer. Still I hug the center line going through.
Be more concerned with low hanging tree limbs. I've lost an air conditioner shroud and cracked the AC pan when I was not paying attention.
Add edit: If you are trying to get away from heat and humidity, the southern end of the parkway from the Smokey Mountains to the Virginia border is a lot cooler, because of the higher elevations. You will find that the northern parts get pretty warm during summer, because of the lower elevations.
