Looking for RV parks east of San Fran!

Parking near Dublin, San Ramon or Pleasanton Ca during Labor Day - any suggestions? Thanks!

There are quite a few RV parks throughout the southeast bay area. I haven't stayed in any of them because I live too close to there. Anything a little more specific you were looking for? Probably a good idea to reserve ahead, that being a major holiday weekend.

There is a place at the Pleasanton Fairgrounds. We are staying there later this month. Don't know how good it is. Gets mixed reviews. Here is the link.

San Francisco Bay Area if you please. The Bay Area if you must.

Check the Pleasanton Fair Grounds. Reservation will be necessary if they have space.

There are some mobile home parks that might work. Look East of Claton on Marsh Creek Road.

Lots in the Delta. Not too many where you specified.

If you are WBCCI check for courtesy parking.

I would probably stay in Rio Vista. Duck Island RV park. County across the water. Bandon Island State Park is a little closer. Reservations.

Also Flag City at I5 and 12. May have drop in space. Close to highway.

Good luck. Pat

When visiting friends in the Pleasanton area, we camped for a few days in the summer of 2015 at the Del Valle Regional Park campground. I remember being a little concerned by a review we had read before we got there (can't recall why) but the reality proved to be more or less entirely positive. It was relatively quiet at the time possibly because low lake levels in the drought had reduced the desirability of the park as a destination for water sports and guess with water level recovery it may be a lot busier particularly on a holiday weekend. Maybe an option for you to check.

May not be problem, but Caltrans is working on HW 12 between Rio Vista and I5. Shut down last weekend so trucks have the route during weekdays. So Flag City has a problem. Check road closures if you are forced that far out. Think Pleasanton if at all possible. Luck. Pat
