Question Looking for a KID Friendly campground

We have three kids under 7yoa, and was wondering if anyone in Illinois could point us to a kid friendly campground, perhaps with a swimming pool for the youngsters...Wisconsin would be great also. We're in the Chicago area.

Come to the Moraine View rally! When I was last there, the place was crawling with kids, and there's a swimming lake but it's not always open. Plus, lots of the forum members will be doing the BYOC thing too.
Of course I'm an elitist. Look around you.

We've stayed at Whispering Waters in Michigan and it has a nice pool, plus it is a canoe livery.

Also, if you go up to Traverse city, check out Timber Ridge Campground, it has a huge gameroom, playground and a heated hotel size pool. Very nice place that even though it has about 300 sites, doesn't feel too crowded.

aren't there a ton of RV resorts at Wisconsin Dells? It always seems that Wisconsin brochures are full of Dell's and kids in inner tubes, etc.

Country View

OK, I'll let you in our secret. Our favorite private campground is Country View Campground in Mukwanago Wis.
Pool, playground, video games in the store, laundry and hay rides in the evening.
About 5 miles out of town and 20 or so from Milwaukee. Nice wooded sites in back and pull-thrus in front for the Mo Hos.
Lots of kids on the weekends. We like to go when the big flea market is on.
As far as I know they don't have a web site but are listed in the Chamber Of Commerce site.

I have had great success with Jellystone Park Camp-Resorts. The kids love it, plenty of activities for the kids everyday. We had 5 kids in our party last year for 10 days and if i recall, I never heard the dreaded I'm boared
