Smiths Point in Shirley, or Indian Island in Riverhead

if you have 4wd you can camp right on the beach at south hamption or montauk also ceder point in east hamption is nice

I was visiting in-laws nearby and turned up this state park. I have not been there but I would sure like to go. The sites are just about ocean front. It is way out by Montauk.
