PS -- Just think of what it took to organize these rallies all over the world, starting in 1948 . . . without much international communication available except telegraph,ham radio, mail, and rudimentary long-distance hard line telephone calls.

This trailer is a "fantasy peice". It did not travel to the places noted in the years noted as painted on it's side.

It does not even exactly document Wally Byam's International trailer trips getting some details wrong, but is somewhat close to reality. It does express the concept of international trailer travel in an inspiring way, though.

Thanks Joe for that clarification . . . "inspiring" nonetheless as you say . . . especially for younger folks who may take for granted the ease with our "modern world" facilitates communication and travel.

At the end of each of our roads, is this "modern" really more satisfying to each soul?
