Internet on the road..

Note: This is for Adelphia Power Link Users..
Remote Dial Up Access
Ever need to connect to the Internet while traveling, but can't seem to find an Internet connection?

Now Adelphia brings Power Link customers who are traveling another option. Adelphia is pleased to announce that it has partnered with RemotePipes® to offer its TollFreeISPTM dial-up remote Internet access service to Adelphia Power Link customers.

With TollFreeISP, you can connect to the Internet from virtually any place with a phone line, using a computer (PC or Mac) with a dial-up modem. You can surf the Internet, or check your email, using Adelphia web mail or your existing email software on your mobile computer.

The way the service works is that you set up an account and prepay via credit card for access. There are no contracts, no monthly fees and nothing to cancel, ever. RemotePipes offers a variety of affordable plans to meet every user's needs. The amount of time you receive with each plan depends on whether you use local dial-up, or toll-free 800 numbers to connect. To get more information, or to set up an account and purchase time online, go to:

RemotePipes and Adelphia are pleased to offer each Power Link customer one free trial of the TollFreeISP dial-up remote Internet access service. To redeem your free trial, please click on the following link: Free Trial!

We just got a laptop to take with us on trips, and we've been trying to decide the best way to connect while on the road. The options are staggering! Thanks for posting one more possibility to look into!
