I think most, if not all, hospitals would allow short term, overnight RV parking for emergency and critical care patients...it was offered to me when Doug was stricken.
Not likely conducive for a week or more, tho, but I suspect any hospital social worker could refer family to a location nearby where they could park their home on wheels for a time while dealing with a family emgency.
These things happen, and when people are far from home.
I parked the Interstate at the temporary residence for chemo patients from rural areas, which also hosted when space was available families like mine who were stranded due to a medical emergency.
We found shelter thru the hospital chaplain, who offered it without our asking.
Lots of good people out there.
