Forgive my long period of quiet.. Too much work and too little travel. And yet we had a brief trip in our
1968 Sovereign to Tampa for Nieces 18 birthday. We stayed two nights in the Hillsborough state park. Our spot was a nice pull threw The park has a few pull through spot,but only one is a true Handicapped spot next to the bathroom.. The 2nd handicapped spot is 51c, but the restrooms have closed down for repair. It is my sugestion that if you want to stay at this park call it directly as the 800 # is neither aware of the changes in the handicapped spots or that there is contruction to the parking lots for drainage inprovements. They also have a pool but it need 100,000.00 worth of work so there s no pool. The staff is pleasent, and helpful, and there are tour and gatherings on the weekend to enjoy.. I always have a god time when I am Captaining my ship.
P.S. My
1968 Sovereigns 6 gallon water heater has died a death and needs to be replaced.. Where would I look for a replacement, and where on this forum can I find more information on water heaters..
