HELP for a fellow Airstreamer
There's a woman in Gray Summit, MO who fell and broke her arm and needs someone to tow her Airstream home to Fredricksburg VA for her?
Anyone have any ideas or would like to take a trip?
I believe it's a 25 or 27 and it has the ProPride hitch on it.

Is the tow vehicle still there, or did she just leave the airstream? Is she already home?

Maybe a better option for her at this point would be to find a campground or anyplace at all that would give her an electric hookup on the cheap, under the circumstances, until she can come back for it or get a friend/family member to come back with her for it.
Might be something at or near the hospital where she was treated. She should ask to speak with one of the hospital social workers or someone in pastoral care.
They are accustomed to people being abruptly stranded due to medical emergencies, and can have options we wouldn't ordinarily think of.

We are very close to Grey Summit. If she needs anything, please let me know. I can be there in about 20 min. I could pull her to the local AS dealer (Bill Thomas). I'm not available for a trip to Canada right now..

Call the factory. They will have someone hauling new units to dealers . ... and coming back empty. She'd have to pay mileage especially for the last 450 extra miles beyond the factory, but she woild get someone who has towed Airstrams before.

Well, I can't make a trip there either. But, once again I've got a Tundra and would be happy to get her to the local AS dealer. If she needs anything, please let me know.

Stanford RV is a few miles from Fredericksburg. That's where they delivered my new AS last August. They might be able to coordinate something for her.
