Fuel Prices
I know prices change every week, but perhaps if some of us share the price of fuel in their area it will help those of us traveling to know where the best and worst places to fill up are.
I'll start with North Idaho, my area.
Diesel $1.72 per gallon
Regular unleaded $1.74 per gallon
Premium unleaded $1.84 per gallon

Tampa Bay Florida.....regular about 1.68 to 1.75....diesel a little higher or lower as some sellers seem to provide as a service and charge more...add about .10 cents more per grade...jem

Here's a link to all of the Flying J location's diesel prices::
http://www.flyingj.com/fuel/diesel_CF.cfm?state=ALL
They also have a separate web page for their regular gas prices.
I have one of Flying J's free RV frequent fueler cards that gives you a 1 cent or more per gallon discount (discount varies based on purchase volumes) plus I charge all my fuel and other purchases to a credit card that earns me another 2% rebate. Every discount counts, and they add up over time.

Best price in Europe
Hi ;
Just for information because I suppose you don't take your truck in Europe, and not your A/S too.
I supose, you don't drive with LPG as we can do in Europe.
The best price in LPG I've found is € 0.33 each liter, in BELGIUM.
To convert in Gallon: x 3.785 = €1,25 / Gallon
To convert in $: about x1.20
The result is $ 1.50/ Gallon
that is a price; At this level of price, it's really a great pleasure to drive my FORD F150 in spite of the US consumption.
Sure, the LPG equipment is very expensive; Mine was about $4800. So when you know the unleaded is $ 4.54 / gal and diesel at $3.41/ gal...
LPG was my choice.
Bruno.

Stay away from California!
We have the highest prices in the country, as usual. The Gas companies blame the special blend Ca requires but it was Bush who required us to put Ethenol in our gas. ADM makes billions from Cal thanks to Bush. Anyway, the bargain price is $2.41 for regular, $2.61 for premium. Prices have risen $.40 in three weeks! And the summer price hike is coming. Dam those gas companies. I'm outta here.

It ain't the Ethanol
Minnesota has had an ethanol blend in its gasoline for quite some time. Today it was $1.549/gal. at a Citgo station. The Holiday station held to $1.599.
Don't blame Bush. It was the Democrats that pushed our ethanol blend.

Yeah, gotta use premium in the Suburban, or else it's pinging like a bingo wheel, at least on the "winter fuel".
No fun. 40gal x 2.49 this morning. A hundred Dollars to fill up my truck. This is definitely a first for me.

Don't come to Canada with an empty tank. Converts to 2.70 per gallon. Has been higher than that at times. Marvin

Prices
Rumor is that it might go to $1.83 / gal. this summer for regular, then drop as the CA. folks subsidize the rest of us, yeah CA! My last fillup a few days ago was $1.67 for the 89 octane stuff, Reg is $1.60.

US consumption suite
Hi Pick;
I drive my new Ford F150 and the consumption is about 18 liters for 100 kilometers; I consider it's a normal consumption for this kind of US trucks. In Europe and specialy in FRANCE, the level of normal consumption is half, consider 9 liters or less to do 100 kilometers, with the new common rail technologies for diesel.
With our price for diesel or unleaded, I'll be crazy to drive with my F150; Too much expensive!!!
So the solution was to equip it in LPG and I can drive with pleasure, even if the consumption of this US truck is high.
Are you reassured ?
Bruno.
