We arrived at Ft DeSoto today after winding our way from RI blizzards through Tenesee hills and into Florida. We actually spent the first week in the Keys and hit up the Everglades for a few days. Flamingo is a fascinating place to visit!
One of the highlights of this trip (and my favorite) is always Ft DeSoto. I just love this place
As soon as we unhooked I hopped on my bike and pedaled through the campground. I counted five Airstream trailers. It is always fun to find other Airstreamers... Tomorrow we unload the kayaks and settle in to life in DeSoto. If you are down here, stop by and say hello.
