Free or cheap camping near Wilmington, PA?

We're in Atlantic City now and starting to head south down the east coast. Just picked up our 2017 Flying Cloud 25 FB twin at Colonial Airstream today. Looking for cheap to free camping that's not a Wal Mart or truck stop. Water and electric optional. Tomorrow we'll be headed in the Wilmington direction.

Congratulations on your purchase. We're too far south and west, but we've stayed at Bald Eagle State Park (north of I80 near exit 158 Milesburg). Although it's not a free site, it might be about the right distance. There's also Pennwood Airstream park near Clarion, but by then you're almost home.
