Airstream MH for sale
While driving up to Paso Robles Sat. I saw a shorter MH for sale in La Conchita Ca. Looked like the 80's models I've seen on this forum.
La Conchita is North of Ventura and South of Carpinteria on Hwy 101. Its parked just north of an old gas station on the east side of the hwy.

No photos but....
There are three Airstreams, and what I think is a SilverStreak along Hwy 41 about 4 miles east of Morro Bay, CA. I did not stop and have no info on them, however from a distance, the A/Ss looked OK.
This guy appears to sell all kinds of tractors, equipment and the occasional Airstream.
If anyone wants more info, PM me. And, I have no interest in these trailers.

With apologies for the duplicate from another thread, but this is the right place for this I guess:
A friend just showed me some photos he took over the weekend of what I think is a 1964 Globetrotter up in Bolinas, CA (Marin County, north SF Bay Area), for sale for $500 (or "Best Offer"). As you'd expect it's in terrible condition, there's no floor, but the frame & shell are there. Anyway, the only promotion it seems to have is a "For Sale" sign with a phone number. Here's a couple of photos, if someone's actually interested they can email me and I'll send you the pic with the phone number from the sign on it, although I must again stress that I have no idea who the seller is and I haven't laid eyes on this trailer in person:

What a great thread! Loved seeing units from all over....even though some looked to be salvage status.

I see it's for sale now.I do not know the seller although I did stop and ask 6 to 8 months ago if they wanted to sell and they said no it was left to them by family and it had to much sentimentel value to ever sell. It's here in my town and I seen a couple of weeks ago the for sale sign.ID# is I31 T6J1581.PM me and I can give more info as I have spoke w/them since it went up for sale.We found our safari since the 1st time I spoke w/them or we may have looked a little closer.I dont Know how much info I can put on a public forum since it is not mine although it does have a phone# posted for the public to see.Heres some photos.

On Craig's list - Vancouver, BC Canada. I don't know the trailer but we have had a lot of storm damage in this area over the past several weeks so it would appear that someone needs to sell their Airstream to repair their house. Barry
76 AIRSTREAM - $5800

Peerles Travel Trailer???
Of course I didn't bring my camera, but saw an abandoned oddity...
As near as I could tell, the badge (painted over) said "PEERLESS". I've searched, but found no reference to the brand as a travel trailer/camper manufacturer.
It was approximately 28'-30' long, with two doors streetside. Both doors had portholes for windows. The interior was wood skinned. A rear bed/bath combo. Mid galley and front living room area. Only a single axle. Rounded top
Closest example I could find is this 49' Palace Royale
The doors are close, but it's not a Palace brand, it was definitely said Peerless on the name plate. It also had original Bargman door handles.
What's left of the interior was very close to this:
1946 Palace Coach 112402
Anyone have any ideas or links? It's definitely in extremely sad shape, would take a couple buckets of money to restore, but would be pretty cool, and obviously rare!

I think you have found a real rarity! I wonder when Peerless first began and ceased production.

i got two in pensacola.
first, a '77 31ft Excella. guy doesn't seem to be a *really* motivated seller, but it was hard to tell. its sitting in the parking lot of a feed store, and the employees of the feed store say its been sitting there for a year. tires on one side are flat (the guy said the tires are new, tho)... and a glimpse thru the window revealed a dusty/dirty-looking but intact interior. clearcoat is burning off, so it needs a polish, and it has several dents and scrapes on the skin.
he wants $10K for it, but considering just what i can see of its condition, i wouldn't pay more than half that.

and secondly, got a '74 31ft Sovereign. i didn't get a look at the interior, but i had a nice long conversation with the owner. rear full bed, side bath, front gaucho layout. according to the owner, the floor is solid, all appliances work, and cabinets are all in good shape. only problem he mentioned is ONE window has a leak, and he was planning on fixing it soon. it was kept under a garage or carport, so the clearcoat is still in great condition. it just needs a good washing, and possibly some touch-up silver paint on the tongue. from what i could see, it looks like its still sitting high enough on its wheels that the axles are probly still ok.
he's thinking thinking of selling it and he's thinking around the $12K range, but someone else told him it was worth up to $15K. if anyone is possibly interested, since i've already talked to him, i can go back over and give it a more thorough check. i can also provide the number of the car dealership its sitting at. its not being sold thru the dealership, one of the salesmen owns it, he just parks it there because there's more room for it there than at his house.
