Everyone's biggest pet peeve

I've been reading posts from folks who inexplicably don't like dogs, campfires, children, and other activities.
But my hands down #1 pet peeve is watching an SOB driver going down the road fighting some sway in an undersized TV. I'm absolutely not trying to resurrect an ages old debate, but when it puts my family and I in danger, it really burns my ass.
What is your pet peeve? Just keep it clean, and Airstream/camping related.

I wouldn't call it a pet peeve so much as amusing. Seems most campgrounds must be high crime areas by the sounds of car alarms going off. Most commonly heard in the morning, but sometimes around dinnertime too.

The swerving travel trailer is something that I try to get by and away from as quickly as possible. I would think that those folks are having such a terrible time on the road that they do not last very long as RVers.

My other top pet peeve is dopey, yippie, barking dogs in unattended trailers.

I'll add a peeve to the list. I hate it when I show up at a campground with a reserved campsite, and there's somebody in my spot. It's typically the person who had the spot before me and they simply haven't vacated the spot on time, but that's not always the case. It's more frustrating when that person suggests that I take another open spot. My answer to that is always that I'm taking the spot that I reserved, and you're free to move to an open spot.

This doesn't happen often, but it does happen.

The swaying trailer ( any make/model) is a tremendous, potentially life threatening ,safety issue.Very much unlike a barking dog.
Now, a pit bull, that's loose anywhere, attacking others pets or their human handlers, is another safety issue.
That ought to get things started...

My current peeves are classified ads with no pictures, upside down pictures and sideways pictures. I’m not too happy weeding through the scam ads, either.

Endless advertisements from accident and injury lawyers, and relatively useless medications for all kinds of conditions.

No Reality TV Please

My biggest pet peeve is being in the presence of other groups loud and getting louder partying.

We have stopped camping over Memorial Day/July4/Labor Day weekends since it seems to be the worst for this.

24-7 blaring music, party lights all night, long after quiet-hours animated talking and whooping it up, gaggles of kids running everywhere, and people shouting to one another instead of walking over to the person they want to talk to.

Don't get me wrong. I don't care if you do these activities. I just don't want to hear it. Turn it down already!

My biggest pet peeve is that I can read these forums all I want and study all the diagrams and read all the blogs but I still don't understand **** until I encounter it myself and learn it the hard way. Oh wait, is this a thread about pet peeves or personal shortcomings?

I really, really despise the buzzing of golf carts and OTR vehicles that are omnipresent in and around some campgrounds.

Also those who drive in and out of a campground or to/from the bathroom seemingly a dozen times a day.

Grrrrrrr.

Winner!

Honorable mention since it only happened once. Neighbors who chained their pit bulls so their chain just reached my camper on the curb side.
I was unable to do anything on that side without barking dogs.
A few days later they were gone, "Hallelujah"!

The endless barking dog left in an RV. (Or worse, on a rope outside an RV) It’s never consistent they bark for a while, take a 30 second break, and go again for 20 minutes. I can put up with swaying trailers, generators, smoky fires, and screaming kids, but there’s just no escape from a non stop barking dog. Our dog will just stare over at the offender and shake her head.

My pet peeve really relates to campgrounds They advertise WIFI, but it is as slow as dial up. I have yet to be in a campground that had decent WIFI. They should just skip it. It's a joke.

My biggest peeve is the way my glass of Chi Chi always leaks.

I get two sips and it is gone.
