What's wrong with that? Some MHs' are supplied with outside fitted electric grills whose amperage exceeds the capacity of the average inverter and in Summer there is inevitability an AC running as well. Propane grills are also quite bulky for some C class or B class MH's.

Our 'pet' peeve is when "Pirate" starts barking...at the screaming kids in the next campsite.
Woof woof, deal with it.

OK, new pet peeve... the butthead that just felt the need to pass me and the Airstream on the right on the entrance ramp to a nearly empty 4-lane highway and then had the courtesy to flip me off. I'm beginning to have an inkling of what's behind road rage...[emoji35]

I wish every Airstream Dealership has a parts catalogue... I had to search internet for parts.

Or have his passenger lean out the window and toss a huge cup of coffee and creamer all over your windshield. I have dash cam video but can’t read the plate...

My owners manual has most every part for our FC with part #s in exploded view...and our dealer can find me every part to every model on his computer...a catalogue for all that would be really gigantic.

Yes the online catalogue would be gigantic. have a search box in it. Must state your Airstream model, year, trim. this would narrow down to all pertaining parts to the particular model. Etrailer has this. So do many online auto part stores.

My "Thank god" incident happened while I still had the MH. I was towing my car on a flatbed trailer too. North of Atlanta, I-75 was very busy and it was raining. I was in the middle lane, as I recall, of about five. Suddenly, traffic was stopping ahead. I had plenty of room. But a Chevy Impala flew by me on the left, jammed on his brakes and started spinning. I braked as hard as I could. I felt the air brakes venting, and the trailer getting squirrelly. As I got closer he was half in my lane. In a split second he was going backwards but in the lane to my left and I drove by. We never touched!!!
I didn't even get mad, I was so happy that the front of my MH wasn't destroyed.

If I had to pick only one it would be drivers who do NOT know how to merge, but who play a game of speed up, slow down, etc. as all 50+ feet of my rig cannot magically move to the left lane in 15 feet.

BUT, I think I've learned something really important this last year. So many of my fellow inhabitants of planet Earth have lost people they love, and many couldn't even share a final word or a hug.

My little pet peeves about life are so inconsequential it's embarrassing to waste brain cells to recall them. We're vaccinated at my house, and soon we'll reactivate SilverLeaf II and enjoy the great world of Airstreaming once again. I think I'll even be able to tolerate the "I don't know how to merge" people with less angst.

You pretty well nailed the spirit of this thread; air out our petty grievances here, and hit the road ready to enjoy life.
Know that the road is full of substandard vehicle operators. Know that commercial campgrounds are filled with children, dogs, nocturnal party animals, and smokey campfires.
If you are Mr. and Mrs. Crabapple who demands complete silence in this environment, perhaps you've become someone else's pet peeve. I get it, sometimes total serenity is sheer bliss, you just have to know where to find it. Boondocking in a national or state forest, or camping during shoulder season at a hidden gem state park is the way to go for quiet relaxation.

Folks that drive up to the toll
Booth stop, roll down window, look for purse, find purse, open purse dig for change, count the change, hand it to the toll taker, close purse, put it back on floor, roll window up, then drive off.

Same thing at Costco gas station, they pull up to filling stations, parked, open purse/wallet to find the Costco card and/or other Visa credit card, then about 5 minutes later they come out of vehicle to walk up to the station and struggle to figure out which button to press. 5 minutes after struggled, they take out nozzle out and insert it. then walk back inside the vehicle (why????????) then the gas tank is full but they didn't come out of vehicle to put up nozzle until 5 minutes later! It would irate out of every very organized minded Costco members! There is even a sign up in front of gas station to warn the members to have cards ready before pulling up to the pump station. The lines are long in Santa Clarita because there are only 16 pumping stations! Good news there will be a new Costco in Valencia that would have over 30 pumping stations! BUT have to wait a few years of construction to complete! This irate me, too.
