Did we see you??

Were you traveling east of Paso Robles on 46 on Sunday 9/29? We had just remarked that we hadn't seen an Airstream since leaving home (San Diego) on the 9/24... Just big ugly buildings on wheels! Then we saw a beautiful shining sphere of molten aluminum and the angels sang and headlights blinked! Hope you are enjoying yours as we are, on the road in Morro Bay!

Well, it was not us. We were headed to Lake Livingston state park in Texas. The temp was moderate, the new Penguin 2LPHC performed great and the sun sets were beautiful.

Only one problem, love bugs were terrible between Sour Lake and Livingston. When we got to our site could hardly see through the windshield and the front of the TV looked like it had a black shroud covering the hood and grill. The nose of the AS was solid smashed love bugs. Got up early the next morning and washed everything down and when we got home did it all over again.

Oh how great life would be with out LOVE BUGS in September.

Wasn't me...

...I was headed west in a big shiny aluminum beast at 40,000 feet and moving about 600 mph

Well, it wasn't us, but today on our way home to L.A. from Avila Beach, California, we saw one Airstream coming north

Me too! Except I was headed to Singapore. I would rather be in my Airstream traveling just about anywhere. .
