Crow Butte - Eastern Washington gem

Next time you're in eastern washington check out this camp ground near patterson washington. www.crowbutte.com
It used to be a state park but is now run by a local association. They have about 45 full hook up sites right on the columbia river, bathrooms, dump, boating, fishing etc. It is drop dead lovely and fairly remote. There are a few wineries near by including columbia crest and a wildlife refuge. The landscape is windswept and beautiful. The camp is open year round and would make a great minirally location.

I enjoyed reading through the site-especially the Lewis and Clark information. I'll mark this on our favorites list if we get a chance to get that far West. Columbia Crest would be a great side trip! Thanks for the travel info

Beautiful camping area, thanks for the heads up Janet! My brother lives by Mt Hood and we visit every year so a great spot to consider ...I love eastern Ore/Wash and could live there very happily, and I love to fish

Cool, I've never gotten close enough to actually see a crow's behind.

Oh, sorry.. didn't read that carefully. Sounds beautiful!
