Cleaning off salt spray, S CA

After a wonderful week of beach front camping at Cardiff by the Sea, we are heading to the Palm Springs area for the next few days. Without waiting too long, I'd like to go to a self serve car wash so I can get the residue from the salt air rinsed off.

So far I've had no luck finding a self serve car wash nearby that I can get into with the Airstream.

Any suggestions for a good one in Palm Springs area or between Cardiff and Palm Springs (Temecula, Escondido, etc.)?

Go to a BLUE BEACON TRUCK WASH and have them use a high pressure wash and then follow up with a RAIN-X spray. I've used this on my INTERSTATE and have it look good for weeks outside at my home on the beach.
