Cherryvale and Big Hill Lake - Kansas

I was wondering if any of you have been to camp at Big Hill Lake near Cherryvale Kansas. -or have even seen it, or even live near there. I would like to know more about the area first hand.

Really can not help you much. I have ridden a bicycle through that area. Terrain is usually flat or rolling hills. Corp sites in Kansas are usually in good shape. Should be much like a Corp or State Park in OK minus the red dust. Most likely it will be quiet slow paced and centered on fishing. I believe the Crop site said it had a swimming beach. Small town life much like Altus.
