We're leaving Alaska next week and plan on using the Cassiar/Yellowhead Highways versus the AlCan. We're reasonably determined to use this routing.
Do any of you have any recent experience on the Cassiar?
Did you tow, or motorcoach? And would you do it again?
I realize it is a more mountainous routing, but my truck is setup for the heavy work.
Looking to stop over for a short while in Valemount, and then mosey on down to Banff. Any recommendations for parks in the Banff region?
Any other input you seasoned travelers have would be wonderfully appreciated. This will be our first haul with the Excella and to say we're green would be about spot on
Not sure about our connectivity for the trip, but I'll do a road trip report on the other end, how many AS's seen, road conditions, weather, fires and so on.....
