Any recommendations for where to camp to visit Boston? Martha’s Vineyard?

Can't speak to Boston but there's really only one option on MV. Martha's Vineyard Family Campground is pretty good one-sites bigger than expected. Usually booked solid until late Sept. Easy transport trailer to MV but it is expensive.
