I have a Shark IonFlex.
I have one at home and so I ended up with two chargers and three batteries. I bought this one through e-Bay as a open box for $125.
However, I find I use it with just a wand on the end more than with the roller brush. The battery is removable so I didn't need to hang it up.

I carry along a Makita 18v power drill. Makita makes a hand held vacume that works with the Makita battery packs. Not super powerful, but pretty good, and not too big.
