Bay Area to Jackson Hole recommendations
We are planning to take our new(ish) AS 22FB from Healdsburg CA to Jackson Hole, WY in May/June 2020, about one-third time boondocking. I'd appreciate recommendations for your best/happiest routes and campgrounds. We are retired, no pets, and moderated hikers, usually 4 or 5 miles a day on trails having moderate climbs. My broken heel still limits our hikes a bit, but I'm steadily getting better. We plan to see Yellowstone. We usually travel 3-5 hours between camps but can go longer on occasion. We will probably stay about 3 nights at each stop. Ideas? Thoughts?
