Battery Charge Help

Caught in a big storm in NW Michigan and we are at the mercy of a tree cutting Crew before we can leave. We borrowed a generator to fire up 2 cottages.

To charge the batteries on my '12 flying cloud 25, do I run off the 30 amp on the gen to the trailer front connection or rear?

I'm guessing by the "front connection" you mean the 7 pin. No, you need to hook up using your normal connector that you use when you hook up to a shore power pedestal, which is the one toward the back of your trailer.

I may be too late to help with your storm problem; but for future reference...we have a 2011 27' Flying Cloud FB. It has two 30 amp plug receptacles that you can use for shore power. One on the side, one on the front. They are interchangeable. Use whichever one is most convenient.
