Appreciating 1st Trip of Summer
Tomorrow we leave on the first trip of the summer season. Of course it's Memorial Day and it had me thinking of how much gratitude we owe to others so we can enjoy this Holiday. Like my father who served in the 12th Armored Div. in WWII and my father-in-law who, as part of the 29th Inf. Div., landed on Omaha Beach on D-Day.

And those many many others who made many known and unknown sacrifices. Thank you!
