sadly...we are exiting our month long tour of ARK and MO...heading east...but will return in the fall on the way to albuquerque and the balloon festival...the natural beauty of arkansas and missouri is hard to beat....
closed out the tour with elephant rocks and bollinger mill and the covered bridge....

what time period was the mill at 250 thou????
Sorry it took me a little while to get back to you on the time frame of the $250,000 sale price on the mill. Had to ask my Dad. It was actually further back than I thought. Dad said, before his time of course, that Mr. Hodgens had first sold the mill for $10,000. That was probably 100 years ago. The $250,000 price tag was probably in the late 50's or early 60's. Sounds like you guys are having a great trip. I wish you continued safe, and interesting, travels.
